5 Feuds WWE Need To Do Before WrestleMania 32

Over the WrestleMania Season a lot changes, beginnings and endings of different rivalries and new champions are crowned. Going off these new developments I'm gonna be listing off the feuds I believe WWE should do from this point to the next WrestleMania. I've purposely kept it so I don't use the same wrestler more than once, I could easily list off wrestlers to go against Bryan, Rollins or Lesnar but that is not creative and fun. With this list I've chosen each wrestler specifically to see a great feud unfold and ultimately end up in great story telling and awesome matches.

1. Dean Ambrose vs Seth Rollins vs Roman Reigns
Probably the biggest match every WWE fan wants to see. Ever since the break up of The Shield our appetites have been wetted by the idea of a Triple Threat Match, and even before the break up lots speculated as far back as WrestleMania 30 that this match would happen. We had some teasing in the form of great feuds between Rollins/Ambrose, and Rollins/Reigns but the next step is to really show these three face off for the biggest prize in the company. As things stand now it looks out of reach, Ambrose being in the IC Title picture and Reigns promptly demoted after the backlash fans had on him but I think over the year building these two to go for the title would be great television. Keep Rollins on top most of the year and then have Ambrose and Reigns finally meet again when building for this match. For the most part these two have continued to be friends but when it comes to the championship they shouldn't care and just keep battling each other. The three have great ring chemistry, especially Rollins and Ambrose with their feuds constantly being re done in new promotions just like Zayn vs Owens. At the very least though I wouldn't mind any variation on this match, if it be another Rollins/Ambrose or a Ambrose/Reigns, I'd be interested in any, but WWE have to be looking at the triple threat as the one huge match for all three men.

2. Daniel Bryan vs Dolph Ziggler
We've seen that these two love to fight against each other over the past couple of years, every time they get to fight it is a spectacle. Just before this years WrestleMania we saw these two try and campaign for another feud leading up to Mania. WWE obviously liked the idea but wanted more people involved so had both men part of a Ladder match for the IC Title. The match was amazing with Daniel Bryan winning the title and finally grabbing his Triple Crown Championship. But now Mania has past it is time for WWE to build these midcard titles again. By putting the championship on Bryan it is already in fan interest so now they need an exciting match to make the title prestigious. It is almost a no brainer to bring in Ziggler. It is what the fans want and what would be best for the championship. As of right now it looks like they are teasing this rivalry soon but Barrett is currently still in the picture and one of the two needs to turn Heel (I say Ziggler). There is a great read about how WWE should book this feud over at What Culture by Mark Riley, it is absolutely brilliant and would get anyone excited about this feud. So come on WWE what are you waiting for!?

3. Neville vs Bray Wyatt
Adrian Neville has just debuted on the main roster of WWE and has already shown how impressive he is to all the none NXT watchers of WWE. NXT fans all absolutely love Neville and believe he is a future WWE champion, however Neville is stuck in a hard spot, he needs a first rivalry that can propel him into the public eye and he needs to come out on top, in comes Bray Wyatt. Wyatt has been in some sticky situations since his Main Roster debut, his feud against Cena was really where his character started to go south but every time Wyatt is defeated the character replies in not caring, he still knows he is better than anyone else and that has kept him in the spotlight even after he loses or seemingly looks weak. Having Wyatt go after a new superstar in Neville would really create an interesting story, maybe Wyatt is jealous for Neville's praise so early on or something along those lines, this also allows a lot of room for Neville to develop his character and become a fan favourite. Sure there are a lot of potential opponents to put in front of Neville or Wyatt but I believe this feud will be something that can be a launching point for both men in there careers.

4. Paige vs Charlotte
As we all sit a mourn the leaving of AJ Lee, we look to NXT to see who will fill her place, well look no further than Flair's little girl Charlotte. Paige has now become the leader of the Divas division after AJ Lee left earlier last year and Paige had to carry the division by herself, now AJ has retired she is now the face of the divas division completely. All Paige needs now is a worthy opponent and Charlotte is the best candidate. These two have been face to face before in NXT but bringing the rivalry to the main roster will be the best decision for the new rejuvenated Divas devision. They both are amazing wrestlers and can truly show up most of the men in a long winded feud and enough time every week to develop it. After this we could see Naomi mixed into the picture against one of these two and then WWE can continue to bring up the amazing Diva talent they have down there. No more Bella's please, we want real women's wrestling.

5. Kevin Owens vs Brock Lesnar
This last feud may be the most fantasy or dream match of them all, it is completely possible for this to happen this year but most odds will point to this happening next year or even two years later. But I yearn for this match to happen. Kevin Owens truly is a force to be reckoned with and so is Lesnar. It won't be too long till we see Lesnar back on top and during that time you could easily see Owens being a completely dominant force amongst the Main Roster. Having Lesnar back on top and being dominant again could lead to everyone and anyone wanting to kick him off the mountain. After several attempts by worthy challengers we could finally see Owens turn up and give Lesnar a run for his money. The high impact and fast paced match could turn into an instant classic and if the title is involved also it could one of the greatest main events of all time.

Honourable Mention: Goldust vs Stardust

We've been wanting this feud for years and years and every time WWE looks like it is going for it, they complete drop the ball and we never hear about it again. The most recent and closest attempt at this match was a feud leading into Fastlane which looked like it would've continued into WrestleMania but after Fastlane it never got picked up again. It has made the whole Stardust gimmick they gave Cody completely pointless and people are sick of it already. WWE NEED to bring this back and finish it with a worthy match and story line, the feud was going so well and it was idiotic of them to stop it.

So there you go, five feuds I believe WWE need to do over the next year, what are your opinions on these? Have you got some of your own? Tell me in the comments, I'd love to start a discussion!

The WWE 2014-15 Season Awards

Around this time last year I went out and created my awards for the figurative WWE Season. From the Raw right after WrestleMania 29 to WrestleMania 30, This year I’ve decided to bring it back and I’ve had it in mind ever since I created last years. So, from the Raw after WrestleMania 30 to WrestleMania 31, who picked up the awards this year?

Best Moment of the year: Seth Rollins Cashes in his Money In The Bank – WrestleMania 31

I feel like the whole of WrestleMania event was filled with great moments but the best of them all was watching Rollins cash-in and win the WWE Championship. I can’t think of anything else that was better this year.

Worst Moment of the year: Roman Reigns Wins The Royal Rumble

At the time of this happening the whole collective of fans were hugely disappointed in the result. Ever since the elimination of fan favourite Daniel Bryan early on and then watching others like Ziggler and Ambrose get eliminated the fans were against Roman Reigns. There were rumors about his Rumble win months before hand and there were murmurs of doubts from fans, once Bryan returned however we all seemed to be convinced that WWE would rectify the mistake they made last year with Batista by letting Bryan win instead they went forth with intended plans and in the long run ended up giving us the best moment of the year.

Best PPV of the year: WrestleMania 31

Maybe it is the fact that WWE get every other PPV wrong but WrestleMania always seems to be the best event of the year. The event was so full of great moments even when some of the wins went the wrong ways we didn’t care because it was so damn entertaining. For a second year running it looks like WWE have pulled off the biggest show of the year.

Worst PPV of the year: Battleground

I think there wasn’t one stand out terrible PPV this year and most of the PPVs were pretty good, I think the least memorable was probably Battleground. It had a Fatal Four Way match which I don’t even remember and it just ended up starting the build for the next PPV which was far better Summerslam.

Rookie of the year: Paige

Her debut on Raw was the night after ‘Mania where she picked up the title and ever since then she has been carrying the weak Divas division while AJ was away and amazing feuds with her when she was present. She is great in the ring and on the mic and is only matched by AJ. Also she is beautiful.

Superstar of the year: Brock Lesnar

If you told me last year that Lesanr would be the worthy Superstar of the year I would be angry, I didn’t like Lesnar but over this past year with still minimal appearances he has proved me wrong that he can wrestle and he can entertain. He has gained a huge amount of respect from fans who would otherwise hate Lesnar for being a part time wrestler for being amazing this year. No one else can really be the Superstar of the year.

Superstar who needs a push: Curtis Axel

There are alot of contenders for this award this year including people like Damien Mizdow or Bo Dallas but I decided to go with Axel as he got a start of a unintentional push created by himself at the tail end of this year. Although a silly gimmick it could eventually propel him back into bigger stories. But apart from that this year he has done nothing particular so now it is his time.

Diva of the year: Paige

I could give this to AJ but she took a break and Paige carried the division on her back. (See Rookie of the year for more)

Team of the year: The Uso’s

The Uso’s are probably the best Tag Team in WWE right now and if they continue to be as good as they are they could be the team to define this generation of WWE. They have all the qualities I love in teams and they have been the forefront of that division for this year and last. The only reason they got knocked out last year was because of the amazing trio teams in The Shield and The Wyatt Family.

Heel of the year: Seth Rollins

After Payback Seth Rollins turned on The Shield and became heel in the process. From that point onwards he became the heel of the company spitting amazing promos every night with his goonies from The Authority watching his back every week making sure his cocky persona never wavered week after week even if he lost or won with help. Seth really made a name for himself this year, having great feuds and matches with Ambrose just like his NXT days, winning the Money in the Bank, having his own security team and winning the championship at WrestleMania.

Face of the year: Dean Ambrose

Probably the best face of the year being almost the Stone Cold type by doing things a typical face would never do but stays face no matter what. Ambrose is special and it is sad to see that he didn’t make a huge impact this year because his singles career is going well. I’d like to see him in the main event picture by this time next year but lets see where WWE take him.

Shock of the year: Sting debuts in WWE – Survivor Series

Although there were rumors of when Sting would turn up in WWE there never seemed to be a pin point time, so it came to a big shock to fans as we saw Sting turn up at Survivor Series and face of with Authority Leader Triple H to give Team Cena and Dolph Ziggler the win at the event. A great moment that cannot be forgotten.

Match of the year: John Cena vs Seth Rollins vs Brock Lesnar – Royal Rumble

This match had to be match of the year. It was completely explosive and all three guys looked absolutely amazing. The match couldn’t be any better if it tried and it truly cemented Rollins as a main event player.

Feud of the year: Dean Ambrose vs Bray Wyatt

I’ve decided to add this award this year because I think it would be a great way to highlight some great stories. The best feud this year had to be Dean Ambrose vs Bray Wyatt. It truly was a match made in heaven. The feud felt like a Sherlock/Moriarty angle, it is summed up perfectly with this quote Wyatt gave during a promo for the feud: “Every time I look at you, I can’t but see my own deranged reflection”.

Thank You for reading my WWE Season Awards, I hope you tune in next year and see my opinions then. I’ll list my Honourable Mentions for each category below if you would like to read them.
